that the project meets your expectation. These include full use of MS
Project. MS Project offers full project budget management,
critical path analysis and resource planning.

In many projects we use an online
discussion board which is shared between between members of our team and our
customer. This
allows
a
thread on
any subject
to be set up and discussed so that any member of the team see see what
is involved. This has the advantage that everyone can see all the details of
any
change
control or support issue relating to the project. This is complimentary
to email in that anyone can request to be emailed any time a change takes place
on the
discussion
board. IT is confidential to every individual project and customer.
